Here's a short post to promote a big DIY festival. For all you Dutch people out there (and those who like to travel). Brace for an epic psyched out, riff-laden weekend, starting friday January 20.

"Mudgate independently books and promotes underground doom, sludge, stoner and psychedelic bands in the Netherlands. We try to help bands that we believe in, finding gigs or plan tours with our partners in the Benelux, Germany, France, Spain and further.... The festival is 100% organized by volunteers. Our aim is to create (and be part of) an underground network of likeminded people, bands, bookers, labels and graphic artists, to put the music on the map."

*On friday we put the emphasis on psychedelic, trippy stoner, and on saturday you can drown yourself in sludge, noise, doom and postrock.
