The 32-year-old reality star has revealed that she is just nine weeks into her second pregnancy. Kourtney and partner Scott Disick, 28, already have a son Mason, who turns two on December 14. In a statement to E! Kardashian said: 'Scott and I are so excited to announce that we are expecting our second child and are thrilled to be expanding the love in our family.'
