Nine Inch Nails back in 2012
Nine Inch Nails will return to disc in 2012, after four years of absence.
The wait for fans of Nine Inch Nails is nearing completion. Trent Reznor, lead singer of the group, confirms that the U.S. group will record a new album in the coming months.
The singer confirmed to the London newspaper The Sun that there would soon be a result of the disk The Slip released in 2008.
"Nine Inch Nails is not dead. But all the records and tours have been put on hold. I strongly believe that we will focus on this in 2012 in terms of writing, and we could see a new disk. "
Despite a four-year hiatus, Reznor was a busy man in recent years. He mainly worked on film scores.
He also won an Oscar for the soundtrack of The Social Network . In recent months, he worked in the film The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo by David Fincher.
