Great prog/psychedelic heavy metal from Portland, Oregon. Took the dust from this one to put it up here, it certainly deserves to be heard. Danava has a highly distinctive sound, taking influences from early hard rock, progressive rock and heavy metal. This is their second full-length album. The fantastic cover art is done by Syd Mead (Blade Runner, Tron).

Actor Mark Wahlberg is said rather embarrassed by her fashion choices during his brief career in hip-hop under the pseudonym of rapper Marky Mark . Wahlberg, who was part of Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, admits he would love to erase his fashion choices of the time and his musical choices.
