"Super distorted grim necro ultra raw dirgey droney doom metal from Belgium" Yep, that's quite the perfect description for this band. I discovered Alkerdeel back in early 2011, but never really got into them. Alkerdeel's sound is just so damn obscure & raw (the opening track of this album explains alot). Either you love it or you hate it, and I'm starting to love it nowadays...



In 2012 the band returns with "Morinde", Alkerdeel's second full-length through Consouling Sounds. After checking out their recently released videoclip I was instantly sold. These guys create an incredibly detailed wall of sound filled with sludge, doom, drone & black metal. Currently one of the most unique & heavy Belgian bands out there. Highly recommended!
