Hailing from L'Aquila, Italy, This fairly unknown band brings us a heavy dose of hot psychedelic vibes. The Whirlings made quite a noticeable appearance on the latest "Desert Sound" compilation, bringing together Italy's finest stoner/ fuzz & psychedelic sounds.



The Whirlings s/t EP was released in 2011, and is currently available through Ozium Records. From start to finish, this album is a hidden classic for any fan of instrumental, psyched out desert rock. One of those bands that gets you instantly hooked with a flow of hypnotic, laid-back groovyness. Think The Machine, Causa Sui, Samsara Blues Experiment & Tia Carrera. Not to be missed!
